The individual stress risk assessment will help identify any work-related pressures that may be affecting an employee’s wellbeing and to agree practical support measures. How It Works
- Confidential one-to-one assessment with one of our stress risk assessors virtually or arrange suitable option. The assessment will provide practical strategies taking into consideration the employee's job role, current tasks, workplace challenges, change and any other issues identified.
- Tailored Stress Management Plan for employee - identify current stressors as per the HSE management standards, current measures in place, and further action to be taken such as control measures/reasonable adjustments.
- Tailored employer recommendations for improved performance and wellbeing at work. These may include suggestions to prevent and manage stress such as reviewing workload, workplace modifications, reasonable adjustments and further support such as coaching.
