Health Coaching can be provided in Glasgow or onsite with a Health Coach/Registered Nurse on a one-to-one basis or as a group.  This can be onsite on a weekly or monthly basis or as often as is required. It can be part of occupational health, standalone or the Health and Wellbeing programme along with all other aspects of Health Coaching. Some areas to focus on are:

The Health Coach can support employees self manage long term health conditions and this in turn helps to reduce absenteeism.
