ISO 45003 was published in June 2021. ISO 45003 is an international standard providing practical guidance on managing psychosocial risks and promoting well-being in the workplace. Every organisation has occupational health and safety responsibilities.
ISO 45003 has been adapted from ISO 45001:2018 and can be used with or without ISO 45001 (but OH&SMS approach needed). ISO 45003 recognises that psychological health and safety is not always fully addressed within OH&S management. ISO 45003 is a new international standard providing practical guidance on managing psychosocial risks and promoting well-being in the workplace.
ISO 45003 provides the tools for companies to become a more sustainable and resilient organisation with a step-by-step approach.
